Much of this was actually Peter Hayter’s view more than it was mine. I simply commented, having been shown the delivery in question, that a schoolboy would have been ashamed of it as an opening delivery. Most of my views on this subject are captured in this blog, and many of those contradict the likelihood of some of the individual points made in other pieces.
