Ladbrokes exchange

I know, it’s all change in management and things… And it was a long, long time ago… But I just can’t resist (hard though I have tried) putting this clip up alongside a link to this May 2004 report about the BBC’s Money Programme (which – inexplicably! – doesn’t appear to be on YouTube) which included the never-to-be-forgotten line, ” “I am personally convinced (by what I have read and listened to) that at least a race a day, if not more, are now being corrupted by the availability of laying horses to lose on betting exchanges.”

It was fun back then! 😉

(And by the way… good work on the ants, and nice final pay-off on the film above!)
