Much of this was actually Peter Hayter's view more than it was mine. I simply commented, having been shown the delivery in question, that a schoolboy would have been ashamed of it as an opening delivery. Most of my views on this subject are captured in this blog , and many of those contradict the likelihood of some of the individual points made in other pieces.
